We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition with original packaging and receipt. Simply follow the guidelines below.
Return requests must be sent via email to email@example.com.
Your return request must be submitted within 10 days from the date of sale using the Contact Us page on this site. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number approving your return along with detailed shipping instructions.
You may ship the return via the carrier of your choice. However, please keep in mind that you are responsible for shipping the product in a timely manner, obtaining adequate insurance, and tracking your package to ensure that it reaches its destination.
Enclose a copy of your receipt with your return package and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided with your RMA number.
